Donations

One of our main responsibilities is to keep our equipment functioning properly at maximum readiness, because when it counts, everything needs to work. We also have a responsibility to keep taxes affordable for fire protection. Since we are a 100% volunteer fire department, all tax money collected goes to the trucks, training, equipment and building costs used to protect the district we serve.

The firefighter's association holds fund raisers to build up funds to purchase new equipment like radios, pagers, gear, and other tools. We are fortunate to have great constituents that support us every year. Without their donations, we would not be the fire department we are today.
